BADFINGER ( Rare 1972 UK 1st Pressing of this fantastic 3rd Album by the band.As most will probably know 'Badfinger ' were closely linked to the 'Beatles' with Paul Occasional writing for and with them and George having a keen interest , who incidentally co produced this album.
Short lived band with internal differencies, which led to the suicide of Guitarist and fellow founder ' Peter Ham ' during 1975. He was found by friend and fellow band bass player ' Tom Evans ' who clearly was affected by this and took his own life in 1983 .

COVER
This is the original , fully laminated , single wallet Garrod & Lofthouse cover ! Unlike most of these examples , this one has survived extremely well . The front panel is super clean and bright with no laminate lifting , bubbles etc and just a few creases to fault. The rear panel is equally as nice with nothing more than some small stress creases coming from the edges. All corners are in nice shape with only the slightest bruising to bottom two.The spine is near perfect , strong and square with long pinched ends, no cracking or splits with un-spoilt Title / Cat No print .Overall this is a superb , clean and bright example with nothing more than some light creases ! ( see-pics ) EXCELLENT CONDITION !
VINYLBoth sides have a deep glossy shine and nothing more than a couple of faint wispy paper removal marks , only visable under bright light , close inspection. No scratches or scuffs visable and evidence of groove wear etc , both sides play through very clear and crisp sound on all tracks with no pops, skips or clicks and just a faint low level static noise inbetween some tracks. Easy to see and hear that this has been very well cared for, great looking and sounding lp which is very hard to find these days ! ( see-pics) Both Visualy and audibly EXCELLENT PLUS CONDITION
LABELS Both labels are in super clean shape and not spoilt with writing , stickers or stains , and only a couple of miss-aimed spindle marks to each side which are only noticable on angled viewing in the correct light , overall a very clean & bright set (see-pics) EXCELLENT CONDITION !
