If you're a George Michael fun you're going to love this book.
I queued for a couple of hours on a wet autumn day in Autumn 1990 to get this signed copy from a book signing that George was doing at Waterstones in Piccadilly. 
The book is in as good condition as you're going to get, having been stored over 25 years.
I've had the autograph/book recently authenticated to give the buyer peace of mind. I will include the certificate of authentication (COA) with the book.
This book is going to continue to increase in value so a good long term investment as well as a really enjoyable collectors item.
