Rare 2nd LP on Island - Same title as First LP! Paved the way for Abstract, Industrial, Music Concrete Nurse with Wound. As it says in his included obituary "the record sold barely a handful" It's a powerful listen which includes the screams of autistic children amongst other weirdness. Listened through and there are some crackles in quieter moments (which are few) Still think it rates as EX - no scratches to be seen. Front cover has dedication in pen.
