This album comes in a plastic outersleeve.  I listened to part of this album while I prepared this listing and it sounds great (except, of course, if this record is sealed).
See cover and vinyl grade legends below for details.

Combined Shipping and Handling Charges

Save! Please send me a message if you intend to purchase multiple items.  The limit for combined shipping is 12 records.  Multiple record sets count as the number of discs in the set.  Two or more records will be shipped in a sturdy box.  International bidders are welcome and may also enjoy the benefits of combined shipping and handling charges:

  • U.S.: Highest shipping charge at U.S. rate + $2 each for discs 2 through 6, + $1 each for discs 7 through 12 (double LP counts as 2, etc.), up to 12 discs.
  • Canada and Mexico: Highest shipping charge at Canada or Mexico rate + $4 each for discs 2 through 6, + $2 each for discs 7 through 12 (double LP counts as 2, etc.), up to 12 discs.
  • Worldwide: Highest shipping charge at worldwide + $6 each for discs 2 through 6, + $2 each for discs 7 through 12 (double LP counts as 2, etc.), up to 12 discs.
Actual shipping and handling charge might vary due to the weight of the item with the highest charge.

Handling Charge

Above the cost of postage, I charge a nominal fee for handling to cover the cost of a premium quality record box ($1.04), a corrugated record mailing pad ($0.49), a printed packing list ($0.10), a printed PayPal shipping label ($0.10), tape ($0.15), an Avery "FRAGILE / DO NOT BEND" label ($0.09), my time to package the item ($0.50), and my time related to postal processing (customs form preparation, going to the post office and waiting in line -- most packages exceed the 13 ounce weight limit posted on U.S. mailboxes and must be brought to the post office and accepted by a clerk, follow-up tracking) ($1.00).  Charges for additional items are on a flat-rate basis as stated in the "Combined Shipping and Handling Charges" section above.

Cover Grade Legend
  • Very Good+++ - Very little wear, nice finish
  • Very Good++ - Very light wear including small amount of edge wear and/or surface/ring wear
  • Very Good+ - Light to normal wear including some edge and/or surface/ring wear
  • Very Good - Normal to heavy wear including one or more rough or partially split edges
  • Good - Badly worn or damaged and/or including one or more completely split edges, barely usable

Vinyl Grade Legend
  • Sealed/Mint = Record is in original shrink wrap and has never been opened nor played
  • NM (Near Mint) = No visible flaws to vinyl, usually has original shrink wrap, opened
  • NM- (Near Mint-) = Well cared for, may have a very small number of very minor visible flaws such as very light paper scuffs
  • VG++ (Very Good++) = Still great condition, a few light scattered marks or scuffs
  • VG+ (Very Good+) = Slightly mishandled with some scattered scuffs or light scratches, still a nice record
  • VG (Very Good) = Mishandled, lots of light scratches or scuffs or maybe a few larger ones, surface noise when played
  • G (Good) = Trashed, might play decent, but heavily scratched (I probably wouldn't try to sell something in this condition)

Insurance

TIP Instead of insurance, buy another LP.  A second record provides additional reinforcement, making damage less likely.   And unlike insurance, you will actually have something to show for your money.  The more records you buy, the stronger your package will be.  The combined shipping discount provides additional value and usually drives down the total cost per record.  For example, U.S. buyers can often get additional records for as little as $2.99 each, or up to 6 records for as little as $1.99 each if they  buy more than 6, including shipping and handling.  International buyers can enjoy similar savings -- see 'Combined Shipping and Handling Charges' above for details.  The additional funds allows me to upgrade your shipping materials from a corrugated pad and heavy paper to a heavy duty box (this applies mostly to 99 cent LPs -- when you bid higher on one LP, I will most likely use a box anyway).

I am not responsible for postal  damage or loss.   All record shipments will be reinforced with corrugated cardboard.  I ship records all over the world and the materials I use prove sufficient most of the time.  Packages will be labeled "FRAGILE" and "DO NOT BEND" (or "DO NOT DROP" for heavier packages).  If after doing all this, a mail handler drops another parcel on your records or a mail carrier forces your records into your mailbox, immediately take your package to the nearest post office and file a claim.  I don't require insurance (yet) but I do highly recommend it, especially for higher priced items.  $1.70 gets you up to $50 worth of coverage.
