Although we pack our items VERY well, there is the possibility of shipping damage.Please do not remove damaged items from the box. We will need photos of the damage, box, and packing materials. If you purchased insurance, contact us immediately and we will begin the claim process for you. The shipping carrier will usually pick up the item for inspection.

Our shipping and packing fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item. Items are prepared for shipment in our store, and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our packing fees are designed to cover these costs.

We reserve the right to send items via FedEx, USPS, or DHL depending on the fragility of the item. We will ship your item within 3-5 days of receiving payment (larger items may take longer). Additional shipping charges will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

COMBINING ORDERS
We have the ability to combine shipping of like-size items purchased the same day. You must let us know via e-mail what items you would like combined BEFORE making payment. We cannot send out a combined invoice -- each order must be paid for individually.


LOCAL PICK-UP
We do have in-store pickup available. Please check-out through our checkout system prior to picking up any item. All local pick-ups will be charged GA sales tax (6%) and a minimum $5 handling fee.

Do you end auctions early?
No, we do not end auctions early. All our auctions go for the full duration.

What will my shipping and handling fees be?
To find shipping and handling costs for your item, scroll down on the auction page and click on the green checkbox next to the iSold It truck. Type in your zip code, and you will see your shipping and handling fees.

Do you take money orders or checks?
No, we do not. We can only accept PayPal and Credit Cards (MasterCard or Visa) and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we receive each day, we cannot take additional photos of specific items.

What does "Powered on but not tested" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, some items are Sold As Is. These items cannot be returned.
