Description
The Beatles "Yesterday And Today" 2nd-state mono butcher cover from 1966...still with the absolutely original shrinkwrap (even though the shrink has a large horizontal tear, I lined up the two small breathe-holes on the front to the two tiniest "microscopic-rimmed" dirt-marks on the actual cover - and they match)! This shows they've been together for 40 years. There's one breathe-hole on the back that matches, too. Again, the shrinkwrap is torn from right to left, and it actually comes off quite easily. Side 1 of the record is still shiny and playgrades well despite two light but noticable scuffs or scratches. Side 2 of the record is in the near-mint category...this record was not played much at all. The labels on both sides are stunning. Comes with the original "goldenrod" inner sleeve in straight condition with the typical 2" splits at the 3,6,and 9 o'clock positions. Of note is the fact the top-right catalog number is "squished" just a little bit from either the factory or shipping (not a big deal but worthy of mention). To find an original 2nd state butcher of this quality is something...and this is ALL complete and original as it was produced 40 years ago (west coast #6 Los Angeles). Buyer to pay $6.00 for double-boxed priority shipping. Insurance is highly, highly requested. International buyer to request shipping charges. Please email me with any questions...I will be gone from June 13 through June 20 and will not have my inventory with me. I will try to answer all questions when I return on June 21.
