Description: This is rare Japanese original copy ( released in the mid 1970’s ) of their 2 set of double LPs box-set, comin' with complete appendices. Each double album comes with obi / inner-bags / poster & 2 booklets.
//The booklets show “Japanese description”, “English & Japanese lyrics”, “Photos of members” & “Discography of Japanese pressing LPs of Beatles”.
// And extra booklet is 15 page, issued only for this box-cover to house both double albums. It shows “Japanese description for each member of Beatles after 1970”, “Photos of members”, and “many articles of artists belonging to EMI Japan in those days”.
It's very to find this item with box-cover even in my country. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.
1. 1962 – 1966
Condition: EX/NM/NM ( Gate-fold Cover / Disc1/2 )
COVER: Gate-fold cover is excellent in condition, except for lightly worn corners & right-edge. It’s slightly discolored inside gate-fold. It has otherwise no tear, ring-wear, strip, dent & writing…OK.
DISC1/2: Both discs are nearly TOP in condition, keeping glossy. Each has none or a tiny spindle-mark on each label. Each has otherwise none of any scuff, scratch & hairline, which can be rated as "NM" each. No flaw on the groove...very clean discs, I guarantee you.
OBI: EX-, being stained a little with light ring-wear on the back. It’s clean on front.
BOOKLETS: VG each, being creased on its surface of each page. White one has some small writings inside pages.
POSTER: Poster is still unused without pin-hole at corners in “EX” shape.
INNER-BAGS: G+/G each, being creased with ring-crease on each side. One of them is torn partly in the middle of bottom-edge.
2. 1967 – 1970
Condition: VG+/EX/EX ( Gate-fold Cover / Disc1/2 )
COVER: Gate-fold cover is good in condition, except for partly worn corners & outer-edges. There’s slight ring-wear in upper portion of back, while it’s clean on front & inside gate-fold. It has otherwise no tear, ring-wear, strip, dent, stain & writing…OK.
DISC1: Both discs are excellent in condition, keeping glossy. Disc1 has several slight scuffs in part on SideA with a few spindle-marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any scratch & hairline, which is to be rated as "EX". No flaw on the groove of SideB.
DISC2: Disc2 has several slight scuffs ( including slight scratch ) on each side. There’re a few spindle-marks on each label. It has otherwise none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "EX".
OBI: G+, being creased on the surface each side with light stains on the back. It’s waving on the left-rim of front with the top & bottom-edges worn & partly torn.
BOOKLETS: VG each, being creased on its surface of each page.
POSTER: Poster is still unused without pin-hole at corners. It’s lightly creased on its surface in “VG+” shape.
INNER-BAGS: G each, being creased with ring-crease on each side, and torn partly in the middle of bottom-edge each.
BOX-COVER: Box-Cover is good in condition. It’s partly worn on the left-edge with its left top & bottom-corners split each. It’s partly discolored on the top-rim of front, and spine ( left-side of front-lid ). It’s clean on the back & inside box, otherwise no ring-wear, dent, strip, stain & writing...OK.
BOOKLET ( for BOX ): VG+, being lightly aged outside, while being clean inside pages.
