I am putting up for auction MANY HIGH QUALITY BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVES & MATCHING 45 RPM RECORDS from my OWN VINYL COLLECTION. So, if you want to begin a collection of Beatles Singles Picture Sleeves or are seeking to upgrade certain picture sleeves, you will definitely want to check out this and my other current auctions and upcoming auctions for items you may want.

 

In this auction are 2 Beatles Picture Sleeves with 2 Beatles original records: 1 Capitol orange-yellow swirl label & 1 Apple Records label. 

 

Here are the details on the picture sleeves and records:

 

Record/Picture Sleeve #1:

 

·       “ STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER” b/w “PENNY LANE” by The Beatles

·       This is Capitol 5810.

·       This record was released February 13, 1967.

·       The PICTURE SLEEVE CONDITION is NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-). What is nice about the sleeve is that it does not show any ring wear on either side. There are NO tears, NO ring wear, NO writing, and NO seam splits. It is MOSTLY A FLAT SLEEVE with minimal wear at the opening and a small VERY LIGHT crease.

·       This is a Straight-cut East Coast Sleeve.

·       The VINYL is NEAR MINT.

 

Record/Picture Sleeve #2:

 

·       “BALLAD OF JOHN AND YOKO” b/w “OLD BROWN SHOE” by The Beatles

·       This is Apple Records 2531. 

·       This record was released June 4, 1969.

·       The PICTURE SLEEVE CONDITION is VERY STRONG VG+. There is some slight disc impression. It is MOSTLY A FLAT SLEEVE.  There is ONLY one thing that kept me from grading the sleeve Near Mint Minus (NM-): There is JUST A SLIGHT FOLD (more of a fold than a sharp crease) in the top right corner of the sleeve across the word “Ballad” on the A-side and “Beatles” on the B-side. The images and the sleeve are STILL nice and clean. (Just check out the images!)  There are NO SEAM SPLITS, NO TEARS, NO RING WEAR, and NO WRITING.

·       This is a Straight-cut East Coast Sleeve.

·       The VINYL is Strong VG to Weak VG+ with some light hairlines/scuffs and some wear on the B-side label.

 

BOTH OF THESE PRIMARILY WHITE SLEEVES OFTEN SHOW DIRT & WEAR VERY EASILY. BUT THESE 2 SLEEVES ARE MOSTLY WHITE & CLEAN!!!

 

IT’S A NICE PAIR OF BEATLES’PICTURE SLEEVES TO ADD TO YOUR BEATLES’ VINYL COLLECTION!!
