These 4 Beatles albums combine the early days of Fab Four Beatlemania and the latter days of the “Get Back” (“Let It Be”) sessions

-- Get Back To Toronto:  Don’t be put off by the generic, stamped white LP jacket; this is a first rate collection of alternate versions of the Beatles’ “Let It Be” songs (from the “Get Back” sessions).  These are not the typical rambling jams that were recorded during filming of “Let It Be”, but alternate studio versions of songs that later appeared on Let It Be, like “I Got a Feeling,” and “For You Blue” (under the working title “Sweet and Lovely Girl”), unreleased titles “The Walk” (under the title “When You Walk”) and “Teddy Boy”, plus two Christmas messages: “Christmastime Is Here Again” (one of the Beatles celebrated annual holiday records) and John and Yoko’s “Peace Message” proclaiming Year One of Peace.  

Record is NEW (M/NM); generic white, stamped jacket is excellent.

--  Not Guilty – Another early album of unreleased Beatles recordings, such as George Harrison’s “Not Guilty” which the Fab Four never released.  Alternate versions of Beatles songs include 3 versions of “Rain”, plus the soundtrack from the Beatles TV special Around The Beatles, aired on April 28, 1964, which includes many early Beatles songs and a medley of 5 of them.  Record and jacket are NEW; M/NM; looks like it was never played!  Cover is generic white jacket with paper insert.

--  Twist and Shout:  If you are looking for mono versions of early Beatles songs in fantastic sound quality, you won’t do better than this Canadian Capitol pressing!  The LP includes 14 of the Beatles earliest hits in pristine mono mixes.  The record and jacket are MINT!  This is another one that looks like it was never played!

--  Songs and Pictures of the Fabulous Beatles:  One of the earliest U.S. Beatles albums, released on the Vee-Jay label (VJ 1092) before their records were released by Capitol Records. These are MONO mixes of 13 early Beatles classics.  Record is MINT; jacket is VG with minor scuffs along edges, but in remarkably good shape for its age.
