READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning.  I can’t test-play at the minute. Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.

Beatles ’65 1975 LP Hardest Apple “All Rights” Variation with Vertical Text, VG+!

This one’s going to give you conniptions trying to find one at all, much less in NM condition.  The Los Angeles plant pressed two “All Rights” variations, and this one with the vertical disclaimer on Side 1 is far harder to find than the more common one with the disclaimer in semi-circular text at the bottom perimeters of the labels.

The vertical “All Rights” variation is even harder to find than the scrolling “All Rights” label, which isn’t by any stretch easy to find either.  But I own two copies of the scrolling “All Rights” variation, and I’ve sold one.

I’ve only ever owned one NM copy of the vertical text variation, which I’d sold years ago.  This copy makes a VERY nice placeholder, having a few scuffs and very light scratches only, and is a great play copy until you find your NM one.

If you find your NM one.

Vinyl--- VG/VG+.  This copy straddles both grades.  But keep in mind that my VG grade doesn’t allow for any feelable scratches.  Still plenty of original shine.  Between the two sides, I’d estimate that there is still 80 to 85% original shine.

Plates--- F16/F16.  Strange catalogue numbers on each side doesn’t include the “ST” prefix to indicate a stereo pressing.  Album plays in stereo, regardless.  Machine-stamped asterisk in the dead wax makes this copy pressed in Los Angeles.

Cover--- VG.  Structurally solid cover.  Front cover looks great, except for the bottom left corner, which has some foxing.  Back cover has no ringwear or dirtwear, but does have some yellowing all around its borders.  Bottom seam has significant shelfwear from the spine end to about halfway down.  Looks frayed.  Spine has some missing slick at the top corner.  NO SPLIT SEAMS.

Labels--- EX/EX.  Both labels look nearly new, except for some spindle marks on each, which are very light.

Capitol Inner Sleeve--- VG. Generic white inner sleeve with die-cut hole for the labels to show is present.  Hardly yellowed from the years.  Its main issue is that it is moderately wrinkled.  NO SEAM SPLITS.

A generic inner sleeve will be provided, so as not to damage your original Capitol inner sleeve en route.

RIAA: 18

As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up.  Thanks!)

Note:  All LP’s ship outside of their album covers in order not to damage the covers during shipment.

CAUTION!  There has been a startling increase in bidders canceling their bids.  A word to the wise, I have started blocking any and all bidders who retract their bids regardless of the reason.

Please don’t bid unless you’re willing to honor your amount, okay? Thanks!

(Please note:  Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized.  The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle.  Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix?  Thanks!)
