THE BEATLES - 'Extracts from the film A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'
This UK 1st pressing dates from initial November 1964 release and is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8920
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & have upper case 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd...' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in both run-outs only.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 832-1N & 7TCE 833-2N
Stamper codes: 4/AM & 1/A
The disc is housed within a rarer 'Ernest J. Day' printed front laminated picture cover with rounded-edged rear flipbacks.

Labels: EXCELLENT +
A fine clean & unworn pair with just a single light spindle trail around each centre hole.
Visual: VERY GOOD +
Both playing surface are extremely clean and retain their 'as new' deep-gloss shine with no noticeable surface marks in strong daylight. Close inspection directly beneath halogen light reveals a number of wispy stylus/paper-type hairlines but nothing of any significance.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD +
This copy has clearly recieved just minimal careful play and the sound quality throughout is bright & unworn, with just a touch of faint background in between tracks and on some quieter passages. However this is not enough, in my opinion, to spoil the listening enjoyment.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A superb example of this scarce cover which retains a sparkling front laminate bearing just a hint of storage rubbing but no heavy creasing or wear. There is a touch of shelfwear to the lower corners and front opening edge, but the upper two and rear edges is unworn. The easily blemished rear panel is clean and white with all flipbacks and seams undamaged.
