Beatles / A Hard Day’s Night
Japan Early Press LP
Odoen OP - 8147
Appendices: “Different F/B Cover”, “Insert”, “Inner-Bag” & “Odeon Red Wax”
( OBI is missing )
Description: This is scarce Japanese Early Press copy ( released in late 1960’s ) of their ost album ( in Japan ), comin' with very rare red-wax disc. The disc is rare odeon red-wax, issued only for its early press. The cover is flipped back on its top & bottom-rims, showing “Japanese description” on the back. It’s different from UK copy. Though obi is missing, it’s still hard to find this item with red-wax even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.
Condition: VG/VG+ ( Cover / Disc )
COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners, right-edge & bottom ( middle ). It’s lightly discolored on the left of back, while being lightly creased in places on the front & back. There’s light ring-wear on the back, with short creases around rims of each side. Minor spots are in the middle of front. Otherwise it has no tear, strip, dent & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has slight marks of record cleaner residue over the surface of each side. A few to several slight scratches are on Side B ( inaudible ). There’re some spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any scuff & hairline, which is to be rated as "VG".
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: G, being lightly discolored with brown spots in places on the surface of each side.
INNER-BAG: G+, being wrinkled with ring-crease & brown spots in places on the surface of each side.
