A HIGHLY quality example of The Beatles FIRST ISSUE UK Apple 'ABBEY ROAD' Vinyl LP, released on 26 September 1969 on the Custom DARK GREEN APPLE label, with 'Apple Records' label rim and 'Mfd in UK' label text WITHOUT ‘Her Majesty’ credited to the side 2 record label.
The Official stamped trail out groove matrix information on: Side 1YEX 749-2 Side 2 YEX 750-1.
Side 1 stampers: 4/MAH and Side 2 stampers: 6/RTH.
The Vinyl Disc comes in an ORIGINAL Plain White ‘Made in Gt Britain’ record bag, and is housed in its STUNNING ORIGINAL and FULLY LAMINATED Garrod & Lofthouse Picture sleeve.
Both sides of the Record Labels are FINE examples and in NEAR MINT condition, BRIGHT, CLEAN record labels with undamaged label text showing only a few light spider trails. Both sides of the HEAVYWEIGHT Vinyl Disc are also in STUNNING NEAR MINT condition, CLEAN, BRIGHT well cared for UNWORNVinyl surfaces, showing nothing more than a couple of light surface hairlines.
The Glossy Fully Laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is a real stunner in NEAR MINT condition, the colours have remained BRIGHT and VIVID, and is hard to believe that this sleeve is now 41 years old The sleeve is flat with no seam splits,and has a perfect spine, without question this is by far one of the best Abbey Road sleeves I have seen for a long time. The Original Inner bag is still clean WHITE and undamaged, and is also in NEAR MINT condition and not a single little seam split to be seen
The ALBUM plays PERFECTLY through the tracks, WITHOUT skips clicks and pops, and no distortion at high volume.Definitely the best example of this ORIGINAL 1969 UK Beatles ABBEY ROAD Album, we have offered for a long time released over 40 years ago.
