Description
The Beatles - Abbey Road with MISALIGNED APPLE !!!
Complete & original 1st UK press - 1969
The 1st pressing had a -2/-1 matrix, the final track 'Her Majesty' omitted from both the sleeve and label and an incorrectly printed sleeve with the Apple logo on the rear famously out of alignment with the text.
Serial number: PCS 7088
EARLY Matrix numbers: YEX 749-2, YEX 750-1
Condition:
The vinyl itself is in nice condition for age. Sits completely flat with no warping and has a glossy sheen. Has surface scratches and initialling to the label.
The outer sleeve has age related wear, but in general in fab condition with of course the famous and much sought after Apple logo on the back clearly out of alignment!!! And the last song "Her Majesty" is omitted/missing.
Comes with the original poly lined inner handling sleeve.
A RARE AND SAUGHT AFTER PIECE TO ADD TO YOUR COLLECTION!!
