CONDITION
Disc
Labels: EXCELLENT
Clean & bright with numerous spindle trails on both sides, but no significant wear to either centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are clean & glossy with the only significiant blemishes visible in strong daylight being two light surface marks: a 6.5cm fingernail scuff on side 1 and a 4.5cm one on side 2. however, there is nothing I would term a 'scratch' anywhere. Close inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a sparkling rainbow shine with no further marks or wear at all.
Play: EXCELLENT
This copy has received frequent but very careful play on good equipment and there is no significant deterioration to the sound quality throughout. My careful play-check picked up some light background on 'Because' and again during the delicate introduction to 'Golden Slumbers' but no clicks, pops or other such audible distractions anywhere.
Cover
EXCELLENT
A fine example with a clean, high-gloss, unscratched laminate bearing just a single small 'thumbnail' on John together with a few tiny spine wrinkles. All corners are sharp and unbumped and both opening edges are unworn. The rear panel has two larger 'thumbnails' but is again free from any significant marks or wear. Both seams and the fully worded spine are all smooth, unstressed and completely unworn.
Inner-sleeve
VERY GOOD
Clean & flat with some light storagewear but no writing, splits or tears.
