Description
I’m putting up for auction MORE BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVES (extra copies) FROM MY OWN VINYL COLLECTION. So, if you want to begin a collection of Beatles Singles Picture Sleeves or are seeking to obtain or upgrade certain picture sleeves, you will definitely want to check out my other current auctions for items you may want.
In this auction is 1 Beatles Picture Sleeve with 1 Beatles original Capitol orange-yellow swirl label 45 RPM record.
Here are the details about the record and picture sleeve in this auction:
· “AND I LOVE HER” b/w “IF I FELL” by The Beatles
· This is a 7-INCH RECORD issued by CAPITOL RECORDS.
· This is Capitol Records 5235.
· This record was issued in 1964.
· This is the first pressing, because the publisher is co-credited to Unart Music and Maclen Music.
· The VINYL (both sides) is VG+.
· The PICTURE SLEEVE is in STRONG VG to WEAK VG+ CONDITION. There is a 1 ¼ -inch seam split on the bottom and some bottom edge wear, There is slight ring wear on both sides that does not make complete rings. There are some light folds and disc impression on the lower corners and some small creases and small tears on the top opening. (Please refer to images.) The name “CAT” is written in blue marker in an inconspicuous location (above the Capitol logo) on the “And I Love Her” side of the sleeve.
· This is a TAB-CUT WEST COAST PICTURE SLEEVE. It is tougher to find (and has a higher value) than the straight-cut East Coast sleeve. It was issued July 20, 1964.
· This blue picture sleeve has become a VERY TOUGH SLEEVE TO FIND!!!
· IT’S A RELATIVELY NICE and HARD-TO-FIND BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVE AND RECORD TO ADD TO YOUR BEATLES’ VINYL COLLECTION!!
(Thanks to Perry Cox’s Price Guide for the Beatles American Records for information about this record.)
