THE BEATLES
BEATLES V1  EXPORT ALBUM.
NOT RELEASED IN THE U.K.
1965 U.K. PARLOPHONE PRESSING WITH THE ICONIC YELLOW & BLACK LABELS
CATALOGUE NUMBER- CPCS 104.
MATRICES- YEEX 112-A15 & YEEX 113-AI5
MOTHER STAMPERS 1/O ON BOTH SIDES.

THIS IS THE U.K. PARLOPHONE PRESSING OF THE ORIGINAL AMERICAN CAPITOL RELEASE. E.M.I. DECIDED TO MANUFACTURE THE ALBUM  USING THE U.S. TRACK LISTINGS AND THEN WENT ABOUT  EXPORTING THE ALBUM  TO EUROPEAN MARKETS OTHER THAN GREAT BRITAIN WERE IRONICALLY IT WAS PRESSED. EVENTUALLY, COPIES DID FIND THEIR WAY BACK TO THE U.K. AND THIS IS ONE OF THEM. ALL TRACKS ON THE ALBUM WERE COMPILED FROM THE ALBUMS "HELP!" AND  "BEATLES FOR SALE"  WITH THE EXCEPTION BEING  "BAD BOY" & "YES IT IS."  ALL PARLOPHONE COPIES WERE PRESSED IN STEREO ONLY..

RECORD CONDITION. Graded V/G plus condition. This copy has been impressively well looked after with the vinyl playing surfaces fully retaining their full original high gloss finish with only a few tiny minor non audible surface marks in evidence. The disc has no warp damage and sits perfectly flat when placed on a turntable.

THE AUDIO QUALITY. Each side play's with a great clear playback with no sticks or jumps.. The final track on both sides for a second or two has a little surface noise as it goes onto the dead wax run out.. The album remains a pleasurable experience to listen to..

CONDITION OF THE LABELS. Both are graded again V/G plus. There are no unwanted dirt or pen marks while, all sliver text wording statements remain fully legible. The K.T. tax stamping is embossed on side 2. The labels however, do no have any official  indication wording statement of which is side 1 or side 2.

THE COVER. Manufactured in England by "Garrod & Lofthouse" Unlike the U.S. Capitol version, these U.K. covers had high gloss laminate on the front picture and rear flip backs to protect seam damage. This cover remains fully intact and is easily graded V/G plus condition. There is a little minor scuff on the spines title statement, a few front laminate stress lines and some mild corner edge wear...
