Up for bids, is this Beatles Yesterday, and Today, 2nd state butcher cover. The LP is in NM condition, and the cover is in VG condition. The bottom, and top of the sleeve are fully intact, but have alittle wear, at the mouth of the jacket. The spine is cracked, and shows wear, it also is missing the y, and e, in yesterday, but besides that is still very strong! The RIAA #, is 3. The back of the jacket is well aged, and shows signs of ring wear, and has some water damage lines. but fully intact, without any weakened apperance. The front pasteover, is poorly attached, as you can see the entire bottom is visable. Ringo's V is also very visible. The cover has slight rips towards the mouth, but very small. It appears the record has a type of white liquid, on it, but I am fairly certain, it's caused by the previous owners, attempt to cover the ring wear. I tested the white area to see if I could get it off, by using my thumb, and alittle saliva, and it did come off, but I didn,t want to damage the cover, so I didn't attempt to take all it off. I think it's some sort of shoe whitener, because it's not thick like paint, or white out. It's actually not that visable if it's not reflecting in the light. There is also a small spot, in the titles Yesterday, which shows the butcher cover, poking through. A very nice cover, and LP, with original orange sleeve aswell. Not a very bad vg at all! It will be a great addition to any Beatles fans collection, and because of the slight blemishes, will be a great bargin.
