Up for bid is a rare LP box set, "The Beatles Collection." This is the UK release, with a dark blue box with gold lettering. On the front right side of the box is printed BC 13 OC 162-53163/53176. All but one of the LPs in this set are present. "Please Please Me" is not included with this set. Here is a list and description of all LPs contained in this set:

The Beatles "Rarities"  - LP is VG++, with light scuffs on either side. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Jacket is a solid VG+, with no seam splits. There is light wear on all seams and corners (contains "Komm, Gib Mir Deine Hand" and "Sie Liebt Dich").

Abbey Road - LP is VG+, with scuffs on either side. LP plays with some surface noise (crackle and tics), which may be greatly reduced with a professional clean. Interior labels are very clean. LP retains a nice gloss. Jacket is VG+ to VG++, with no seam splits. There is some light scuffs on the front, and some small light creases along the spine of the jacket. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

Let It Be - LP is VG++, with a few tiny light scuffs on either side. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Jacket is a solid VG+, with no seam splits. There is light wear on all seams and corners. There is a  crease in the lower right corner on the back of the jacket. There are some small light creases along the spine of the jacket. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band - LP is a solid VG+, with light scuffs on either side. There are also a couple of light scratches on either side. LP plays with some surface noise (crackle, tics, and a couple of light pops) with no skips. Surface noise may be greatly reduced with a professional clean. Interior labels are very clean and LP retains a nice gloss. Gatefold jacket is VG+ to VG++, with no seam splits. There is light wear on all seams and corners. Entire gatefold jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss. Includes original insert, totally intact with no tears.

Rubber Soul - LP is a solid VG+, with scuffs on either side. There are also a couple of small light scratches on side two. LP plays with some surface noise (crackle, tics, and a couple of light pops) with no skips. Surface noise may be greatly reduced with a professional clean. LP retains a nice gloss and interior labels are very clean. Jacket is VG+, with no seams splits. There is light wear on all seams and corners. There is some small light creases along the spine of the jacket. There is a crease in the front top left corner. There is some scuffing on the front and back of the jacket. Back of jacket has light scratches in the center and top left corner of the artwork. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

Beatles For Sale - LP is VG++, with a couple of light scuffs on either side. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Gatefold jacket is VG+ to VG++, with no seam splits. There are some light creases along the spine and some light scuffing near the top of the spine of the front of the jacket. Entire jacket retains a nice gloss and bright coloring.

Help! - LP is VG++, with a few tiny light scuffs on either side. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Jacket is a solid VG+, with one small seam split in the center of the top seam about 1/2 inch long. There is light wear on all corners. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

With The Beatles LP is VG++, with a few tiny light scuffs on either side. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Jacket is VG+, with one small seam split near the center of the spine about 1/2 inch long. There is light wear on all corners. There is a small spot of light discoloration on the back lower right corner. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

A Hard Days Night - LP is VG+ to VG++, with light scuffs on either side. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Jacket is VG+ to VG++, with no seam splits. There is light wear on the bottom seam and all corners. There are a few light creases along the spine of the jacket. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

Revolver - LP is VG+, with scuffs on either side. There is a couple of tiny light scratches on side one. LP plays with some surface noise (crackle, tics, and a couple of light pops) with no skips. Surface noise may be greatly reduced with a professional clean. LP retains a nice gloss and interior labels are very clean. Jacket is VG+ to VG++, with no seam splits. There are a few small light creases along the spine. There is a small crease in the front lower left corner. Jacket retains a nice gloss.

Yellow Submarine - LP is a solid VG+, with light scuffs on either side. There are also several tiny light scratches one side one. LP plays with some surface noise (crackle, tics, and a couple of light pops) with no skips. LP retains a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Jacket is VG+ to VG++, with light wear along the bottom seam and light wear on all corners. Jacket retains bright coloring and a nice gloss.

White Album - LP1 and LP 2 are VG+, with several light scuffs and a couple of tiny light scratches. LPs play with some surface noise (crackle, tics, and a couple of light pops) with no skips. LPs retain a nice gloss and the interior labels are very clean. Gatefold jacket is VG+ to VG++, with no seam splits. There is light wear on all corners. There is light scuffing on the front and back of the jacket. Entire jacket retains a nice gloss. "The Beatles" is on the cover in raised lettering. Unfortunately, no inserts or posters are included with this 2 LP set.

The box itself shows visible wear, with tears on both sides of the flaps at the top (see pictures). There is edge wear and scuffing on the box. There are two abrasions on the front right side of the box. There is a small mark from a green marker in "THE" in the title on the front of the box (see pictures). This set is highly sought after, partially because the material is sourced from analog recordings and sounds great! Don't miss this rare set! International delivery of this package will be via priority mail international (due to the weight).
