Click here to get eBay picture hosting at Auctiva.com THE BEATLES 'IMPROVISATIONS' EMIDISC A one-off unbelievable aluminium studio disc featuring unreleased instrumental jamming by the Fab 4.
Here assembled in studio acetate form - 3 different unreleased instrumental improvisation tracks recorded at Twickenham midway during the famous 1969 Get Back Sessions.  Another treasure from my collection for sale. This item features rare and unreleased music recorded at the time not only of high productivity, and awesome songwriting, but the beginning of the breakup of the greatest band ever. Any questions please ask. (I haven't worked out how to add a music file to a a listing yet but can send an mp3 file - containing snippets of all 3 tracks - direct to your email address up until the final hours of the listing if requested - just contact my eBay inbox)  This is another rare and highly collectable item I have decided to put up for sale from my own collection. Amongst my sales, in October 2010 both Record Collector and Goldmine magazines featured an IBC acetate (sold by myself) which turned out to be considered the most collectable record of that particular month sold online.
(Ref:  http://www.goldminemag.com/tag/acetate  scroll about 40% down) Ownership of discs such as this are investments, as I have discovered over time, this will need to go to a good home and will need to be stored carefully given the delicate fragility of the item.  The vinyl was specially produced in-house and cut onto an aluminium disc within the studio and was never intended to have a long life, however this item is in a VG/EXCELLENT condition still, has been safe from overplay and free from misuse, handwriting, and warping / distortion. A one of a kind disc featuring unreleased live Beatles music from 1969 in Twickenham.   The disc has tracks on both sides, and hand etched ''The Beatles'' in both dead waxes as well as a squiggle signature, and numbers appearing slightly like a game of noughts and crosses i.e. 0 /1 / -1 / -2 in a grid.
The number 4441-A is also hand-etched in on the side with the hand written label. The metallic disc and weight has caused splitting in all 3 sides of the delicate original white die cut 12" filing sleeve, which fits snugly however into a more robust shiny black 12" die-cut sleeve (no Apple logo) with no splits.        The disc has also been inspected also by my friend / former boss Ben of Ben's Collectors Records, Guildford. It will be posted fully insured - All inclusive. Again, any questions do ask!   Cheers for looking!
