This wonderful sounding UK 1st STEREO pressing dates from initial December 1964 release on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3062
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK...' text & 'The Parlophone Co..' worded rims.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 1 label.
Matrices: YEX 142-1 & YEX 143-1
Stamper codes: 2/RH & 5/GR
Vinyl weight: 139g
Housed in an outer laminated, UK printed gatefold cover with an outline stereo front indicator.
Complete with original rice-paper lined 'Use Emitex...' inner-sleeve

Labels: EXCELLENT +
A superb unblemished set bearing only a few light, well-aimed spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Super-clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart from two light, non-feelable surface marks on side 1, are unmarked in strong daylight. Close examination beneath halogen light reveals just a few harmless wispy paper hairlines from the inner-sleeve.
Audio: MINT -
Without doubt, this is the best sounding of their early stereo albums and this looked-after, barely played example showcases the 'breath of life' mix perfectly. Played with care on quality equipment only, all tracks play flawlessly and will not disappoint.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A highly respectable, fully intact example of this fragile cover which retains a clean front panel leaf bearing just a single faint 'thumbnail' and a couple of tiny indentations to the left of the 'stereo' indicator. All of the edges are free from any tears with just a little light shelfwear to the lower edge. All corners are in good shape with no heavy bumps or bruising and both ends of the delicate central hinge are unsplit. Both panels inside are clean, unyellowed and blemish-free. The rear panel is as clean & glossy as the front with just an unavoidable, faint disc impression. The spine retains clearly defined factory 'pinching' both ends with the rest is square and uncrushed with a perfect text.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT -
Some age-toning but otherwise clean & intact with no writing, tears or seam splits.
