THE BEATLES - 'FROM ME TO YOU'/'THANK YOU GIRL'
1963 UK *1st PRESSING* 45
This NEAR MINT UK 1st pressing dates from release in 1963 and is on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5015
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but have upper/lower case 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.
An 'MT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the 'Thank You Girl' label.
Housed in its original green & white Parlophone company sleeve.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 17329-1N & 7XCE 17330-1N
Stamper codes: 5/ROL & 6/RHM

An superb, unworn set with no visible spindle wear to either unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine 'as new' playing surfaces which are totally unmarked and 'factory-fresh' both in strong daylight AND directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp. The disc has a slight uneven edge when playing but this does not affect play in the slightest way. A tough one to find in this condition.
Play: 1. EXCELLENT + 2. NEAR MINT
This copy has clearly been barely if ever played and my careful play-check found no significant deterioration or wear to the sound quality on either song. There is a touch of peakwear on 'From Me To You', but nothing too distracting. 'Thank You Girl' is flawless.

A truely original example with the disc's details and purchase date (19th June 1963) neatly written on the front by the original owner.
