RARE UK Beatles record from 1965 in great condition

The record is graded as Mint-. Heavy and shiny vinyl ! NOT the typical scratched copy ! Only a few light surface hairlines/NO scratches. The record is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks. Great condition.
The cover is in EX condition. Only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO tears. No major faults. A few light laminate creases. Light corner wear. Garrod&Lofthouse flipback cover. Name on the back.
The labels are free from any stickers. Graded as EX+ and VG+ because of a bit small writing on one label. With "Sold in UK subject to resale ..." and KT tax code on label. Yellow&Black Parlophone. Gramophone rim.
