THE BEATLES - 'Extracts From the Film A HARD DAY'S NIGHT'
This fine 4-track EP is a UK 1st pressing dating from initial November 1964 release on the yellow & black Parlophone label: GEP 8920
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK...' text & have 'The Parlophone Co...' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in both run-outs only.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 832-1N & 7TCE 833-2N
Stamper codes: 1/GD & 3/OL
Housed within a front laminated, 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed bi-flipback picture cover, with a MINT 1960's UK record shop bag.

A fine pair with just a single light spindle trail to the side 1 centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Extremely clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces which apart from a single light 6mm mark on side 1 is unmarked in strong daylight. Close inspection beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals just some harmless wispy paper-type hairlines, but no other traces of wear.
Sound Quality: EXCELLENT +
All tracks play cleanly & clearly with no trace of any groove/playwear distortion. In fact, apart from one or two very light ticks on 'And I Love Her', it is flawless.
Cover: EXCELLENT -
A perfectly clean example which retains its high-gloss front panel and is downgraded only due to a 1cm tear and a tiny fleck of missing paper to the front opening edge. The rear panel is pristine white and totally unblemished and all seams are smooth and unstressed.
