CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT

A fine set with clean & unblemished text and only a touch of centre hole wear.

Visual: 1. EXCELLENT 2. VERY GOOD +

Very clean & bright surfaces which in strong daylight show just some insignificant wispy inner-sleeve removal hairlines on side 1. I have downgraded side 2 due to a 1cm and a smaller 2mm scratch on side 2 which is just feelable beneath my fingertips. However, close & careful inspection directly beneath halogen desk lamp reveals no further makes or wear to either side.

Play: EXCELLENT 2. VERY GOOD +

Superb sound overall from this genuine early copy. My careful play-check at volume could find no evidence of any groove/play wear distortion on any track or indeed any background noise/crackle. The aforementioned scratches on side 2 produced 2 clicks inthe band between tracks 1 & 2 and approximately 10 repeating light clicks towards the end of 'Things We Said Today'. However, there are no no jumps or repeats and really nothing else to fault audibly on this great sounding copy.

Cover

EXCELLENT

An extremely respectable example with a bright and glossy front panel which despite slight toning to the upper white edge is free from any other significant signs of wear and no 'thumbnails' or any other creasing. The lower corners bear a little unavoidable shelfwear rubbing and there are a few small 'pushes' to the front opening edge but no tears or feathering front or rear. The rear panel is clean and bright overall with just a few light handling blemishes but no writing or missing paper anywhere. All flipbacks are fully intact and in-place and both seams and the fully worded spine are all smooth, unstressed and undamaged.

Inner-sleeve

EXCELLENT

Clean, crisp & flat with no writing, tears or seam splits.
