THE BEATLES - 'HELP!'
This NEAR MINT UK 1965 stereo pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3071
Both labels carry the 'Sold in UK..' text & 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
There is no purchase tax code is visible around the centre of either label.
Matrix numbers: YEX 168-1 & YEX 169-1
Stamper codes: 2/MO & 3/PR
Vinyl weight: 142g
Housed in a pristine front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with an outline front stereo indicator.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex...' rice-paper lined inner-sleeve.

An immaculate set with no marks or wear to our around either centre hole. There are even slivers of the silver centre hole markers visible around each centre hole.

Outstanding deep-gloss playing surfaces which are completely unmarked in strong daylight. Close and careful inspection beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than some harmless wispy paper hairlines from the few times this disc has been removed from its inner-sleeve, but no further blemishes or wear whatsoever. Both sides of this quality, heavy copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: NEAR MINT
This cherished copy has clearly been barely, if ever played. My single careful play-check at volume found the sound to be clean, clear and totally unworn throughout with no trace of any groove/play wear, even on the innermost tracks. In fact, apart from a touch of background on 'Yesterday' there really was nothing else to fault on this wonderful copy which will not require an upgrade.
Cover: MINT
This remarkably preserved example which looks like it left the shops yesterday, let alone 46 years ago! It is pristine white throughout with not a trace of any yellowing or age-spotting. The front panel retains a perfect, unscratched high-gloss laminate free from any 'thumbnail' wrinkles, spine bends or any other signs of wear. Each corner is perfectly square, un-bumped and unworn and both opening edges are undamaged. The rear panel is immaculate and as factory-fresh as you will ever find. Needless to say that all flipbacks are perfectly clean and fully intact and both seams and the spine are all smooth unstressed and in perfect condition. I guarantee you that you will not be able to find a better example of this cover.

Clean, flat and crisp with just a light disc impression but no writing, tears or seam splits.
