THE BEATLES - 'HELP!'
1969 UK STEREO PRESSING* LP
This UK STEREO pressing dates from 1969 and is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PCS 3071
Both labels OMIT the 'Sold in UK..' text but retain 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
There is no purchase tax code is visible around either centre hole.
Matrix numbers: YEX 168-1 & YEX 169-1 (the same as the 1965 1st pressing)
Stamper codes: 3/PR & 3/PL
Disc weight: 149g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse ' printed cover with a small solid stereo front indicator.
Complete with its original red & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT
A clean & bright pair with just a number of light spindle trails around each slightly worn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are clean and glossy which display just a handful of light surface marks in strong daylight but no significant or major blemishes - even directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Play: EXCELLENT
Despite a frequent amount of play, the sound quality throughout is completely clean and unworn with no groove/play wear or any clicks or pops anywhere. In fact, apart from a touch of light background between tracks, there really is little to fault here.
Cover
VERY GOOD
A clean & unyellowed example with a few light 'thumbnails' to the front panel but no major blemishes or wear. All corners & both opening edges are undamaged with no heavy bumps or tears. The rear panel has some ticks aside the side 2 track listing and some clumsily partially erased ones on the side 1 list. There is also an 'EMI Record' sticker in the upper left corner. However, both seams and the fully worded spine are smooth, unstressed & unsplit.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT
Clean & flat with just a faint disc impression but no writing, tears or splits to any seam.
