Description
The Beatles - Help! - 1965 gatefold issue on Capitol, USA. MAS 2386 - MONO
This album belonged to my New York based uncle, an opera fan, who occasionally bought Beatles records shortly after they were released to see what all the fuss was about. After one play they were filed away in his collection. His verdict: "Very nice music."
The cover
The front cover of the album is in Very Good condition - with some marking from contact with other records, and 0.5cm split in the card at the edge of the bottom record opening. The back cover has some light ring-wear. The back cover shows pics of 7 of their other Capitol albums. The gatefold is clean, with sharp corners.
The record bag
The record bag is in excellent condition with sharp edges. There is light creasing on one corner. The bag shows 50 other sleeves from Capitol artists.
The record
The label and vinyl are near mint. The only blemishes visible on the vinyl are dust.
This is a beautiful item, stored and unplayed since 1965.
