THE BEATLES - 'I FEEL FINE'/'SHE'S A WOMAN'
1964 UK 1st PRESSING *DECCA PRESSED* 45
This rare 'contract' pressing was manufactured on EMI's behalf by rival Decca to help supply keep up with demand at Christmas 1964.
The disc, featuring a slight smaller centre boss than EMI's pressing, is on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5200
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text with upper case 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is present in both run outs only.
Housed in its original wavy top green & white Parlophone company cover.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18171-1N & 7XCE 18172-1N
Stamper codes: -/UG & -/UB
The stamper letters come from Decca's stamper codeword: 'BUCKINGHAM'

An immaculate set with just two tiny spindle marks to the side 2 centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both playing surfaces shine 'as new' in strong daylight with just a single light surface line on side 2 but absolutely no other marks or wear whatsoever - even directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. No need to upgrade this.
Play: EXCELLENT +
It is doubtful that this fine copy has been played more than twice and the sound throughout both song is clean, warm & clear with no trace of any groove/play wear anywhere. I detected a hint of wear on the opening feedback, but otherwise this copy is free from any audible wear.
