Beatles' John Lennon Yoko acetate Bell Radio Promo RARE
John Lennon Radio Promo Acetate (Bell, 1969) - Wedding Album single sided single 45 RPM.
This acetate 7" 45 rpm is one of the original acetates / promos for John and Yoko's Wedding Album released later the same year. The promo contained musical outtakes from the album, as well as interviews, notably of the Amsterdam "Bed In." This disc is two-sided, and plays VG+EX 6 and plays perfectly well.
We have played this metal acetate only once to be pleased to tell you that there are no skips and the record plays through. It is a one sided acetate! THis acetate is really weird / strange there is a lot of noise of ranting from John Lennon and Yoko, this recording believed to be the recording in the Amsterdam hotel room is real passion as they are enjoying their 'bed in' both shout and groan JOOOOOHHHHNNNNN ----- YYYOOOOKKKKKOOOOO. There is so much shouting on this acetate John / Yoko!!!!
We do not know if this version has ever been published, anyway it is a little weird!!!!
But we do know this acetate is exceedingly rare!!!!
