THE BEATLES - 'LADY MADONNA'/'THE INNER LIGHT'
This superb UK 1st pressing dates from its initial March 1968 release and is on the black & silver Parlophone label: R 5675
A genuine red & white EMI 'Factory Sample - Not For Sale' sticker is adhered to the 'Lady Madonna' label
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & upper case 'Gramophone Co. Ltd..' rim texts.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible in the centre of the 'Lady Madonna' label.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18438-3 & 7XCE 18439-2
Stamper codes: 2/RM & 2/MO
The disc is housed in its correct-type original green & white Parlophone company cover.

A super clean & undamaged pair with just a small collection of spindle trails to the side 2 centre hole but very few on 1.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both playing surfaces are perfectly clean, glossy & totally unmarked in strong daylight, revealing only a handful of light sleeve removal marks directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp.
Play: NEAR MINT
Clear, clean & unworn sound from both sides with no audible distractions or faults anywhere.
Cover: VERY GOOD
Minor age/storagewear with the disc's number written in the upper right corner on each side.
