The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the cente of the 'Lady Madonna' label & in both run-outs.
Housed in its original green & white Parlophone company cover.
Complete with its original UK Fan Club Application/order form.

CONDITION
Labels: NEAR MINT
A pristine pair with a few tiny spindle trails to the 'The Inner Light' centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
I would have graded this disc as NEAR MINT visually if it were not for some cloudy patches on both sides, probably due to heat exposure.
However, there are no other surface marks or any scratches whatsoever on this fine disc.
Both sides lay 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: NEAR MINT
Both sides of this barely played copy sound clean & clear with no audible faults or wear to either song.
Insert
EXCELLENT
Clean and white with just a small blemish on the rear but with a fully intact perforation and no tears to any edge.
Apart from some unavoidable storagewear from being kept inside with the disc for 42 years, there is else little to fault.
Cover
EXCELLENT
Clean & crisp with just slight storagewear wrinkling but no writing, tears or splits.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
