UK 1965 PARLOPHONE UK PRESSED *EXPORT* 45
On the silver & black Parlophone label: DP 564
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK.. text but carry 'Gramophone Co...' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible in the centre of the 'Drive My Car' label.
Housed in its original Parlophone company cover.
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18357-1 & 7XCE 18358-1
Stampers: 1/A & 1/A
Condition
Labels: VERY GOOD +
Both are clean with no writing, just some wear around the hole on the 'Michelle' label.
Visual: VERY GOOD
Both surfaces are clean but do display some noticeable surface marks and occaisional light scratch consistant with frequent handling & play. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable wirth no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: GOOD
This copy has been played many times and there is some groovewear is audible on both sides together with an occiasional light click. However, there are no jumps, repeats or any other major audible faults to either side.
Cover: VERY GOOD
Clean & flat with a faint retailer's stamp on the front but no tears or splits.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
