THE BEATLES & TONY SHERIDAN - 'MY BONNIE'/'THE SAINTS'
1962 GERMAN POLYDOR 45
This superb, original German pressing is a 2nd issue dating from January 1962 on the orange & gold stars Polydor label: 24 673
The 'My Bonnie' label carries the "(Twist)" subtitle on the record label and 'My Bonnie' plays the English song introduction.
The disc is housed in its original 'Twist' picture sleeve.

Condition
Labels: EXCELLENT
An extremely clean & vivid set which bears just a tiny scuff on the 'My Bonnie' label, but both are free from any writing or other blemishes.
Visual: VERY GOOD
Both surfaces are very clean but do display some light surface marks & numerous wispy hairlines consistent with frequent play. However, none are heavy or 'feelable' and both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Audio: VERY GOOD
Happily, both songs were superbly recorded and retain their huge bass sound. This copy sounds much better than it looks - both sides play without any major deterioration to the sound quality. There is some inevitable light background on the unaccompanied introduction but no clicks, pops or any other signficant audible faults to either side.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A superb example of this extremely fragile cover. It is fully intact and undamaged with just slight storagewear but no seams splits, tears or writing.
