Almost Near Mint. Barely a mark on it. The laminated surface has no lifting or wrinkles. There is light record ring showing on the front.
No tearing, creasing, writing etc etc.
The Flipbacks are sound. All edges and opening are true and square.
Just a little mild yellowing around the edges on the back cover.
