Description
Beatles "Chains" EMIDISC one-sided acetate. Bought recently in a job lot from Italy. Not cited at Beatles Source (Acetate collection) website. It must be a later pressing possibly for a foreign (Italian) market? In the run off groove has various ciphers: Rel 167-2., 446-2-3. 'A'. And 356-2-1. The '7' of 167 is crossed through which means it could be European. Quite clean and shiny acetate. Plays well. Scuffed on the reverse from the pressing pant.
All questions welcome.

It has been bought to my attention that this item may not be genuine. I have already pointed out that this is not an original EMI acetate, that it was pressed in a foreign country probably in Italy, that it may be a later pressing. Certainly the paper labels are not the old EMI acetate variety. Use caution in bidding therefore. Any questions, just ask.
