This is an ORIGINAL 1963 UK 5th pressing MONO Vinyl LP for The Beatles Debut UK Album ‘PLEASE PLEASE ME’.

Please Please Me was originally released on the 22nd March 1963on the Black & Gold Parlophone Label, this 5th pressing was released a little later in 1963 and is on the traditional BLACK AND YELLOW PARLOPHONE Label, with ‘The Parlophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Recording First Published 1963’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.

The official side 1 matrix is XEX 421-1N/Side XEX 422-1N.

Side 1 stampers: 12 OLA, Side 2: 13 RDO.

There is a KT tax code visible on the side 2 record label.

The album plays well with NO skips or clicks, a clear MONO sound quality.

Both record labels are in Excellent condition, CLEAN labels, showing light centre spindle lines to both labels.

Both sides of the vinyl disc are in very nice Excellent condition, the heavy vinyl disc is a nice example, with just light surface hairlines, there are no deep scratches or scuffs.

The Use Emitex lined inner bag is a also a nice example, NO writing, tearing, or seam splits, just light creasing, and age toning.

The front panel of the Ernest J. Day Ltd London front laminated ‘mono’ picture sleeve is in respectable Very Good Plus condition, with no major damage, just light record indentation, and some laminate pinches, there are also bumps to the corners, the reverse panel is clean, and shows light age toning and small damage to the bottom flip back, (see scan)
