Beautiful unplayed copy of the original 1991 McCartney limited edition vinyl issue of Unplugged (The Official Bootleg), pressed in the UK (Parlophone PCSD 116). Each cover was numbered,this copy is #12550. The sleeve notes on the back cover and label are all in Spanish.
There was no US vinyl pressing, Capitol issued it on CD and cassette only. So this UK Parlophone pressing was imported for sale here in the States - and like most UK albums, these copies were not factory-sealed.
The major US record store chains (Sam Goody, etc.) sealed their own copies - but many smaller independent record shops didn’t have that capability.
I bought this copy at a local shop, while the album was still a new release. Not sealed but brand-new.
It’s been carefully stored in a protective outer sleeve since the day I bought it. The textured cover has no bends, creases, seam splits, stains or marks of any kind.
Inside, the vinyl has been stored in a protective rice paper sleeve - no marks, scratches or scuffs.
Just a gorgeous piece, all the way around.
