Beatles Please Please Me Black/Yellow Parlophone Orig.1965 PCS 3042 W/sold In uk.
This is an original 1965 issue of the Beatles 1st Album in Stereo with Gramophone rims and sold in uk on the labels.
I have just replayed the record and can report that it plays with no skips of repeats but with some static crackle and the odd pop that a good professional clean should improve.
The surfaces have quite a bit of bag rash and has dulled somewhat.
The labels are nice and clean with no writing etc.
Matrix are yex 94-1 and yex 95-1
Stampers are MG2 and AO1.
The sleeve is really nice with a few laminate creases, the 3 flaps are fully intact and the is the small stereo designation on the front panel. The is no writing.
The inner sleeve in the sepia emi ad version with no splits.
