Stunning labels.
Very first press of this Edition and a Very Very first minute pressing at that!, as there were 4 machines running to start with.
This has 2 RD stamper on side 1, and a 1/2 GM stamper on side 2.
Simply Beautiful and looks in excellent condition at first glance, though on side 2 there is a small abrasion mark from another record that is non sounding please see photos.
There are a few wispy light needle marks to show this has been played a few times, but with a careful play through with my AT33MONO needle shows this is still sounding near flawless with no distortion or skips, jumps or ticks, it almost plays like a new LP!. I haven't cleaned it just put a dust brush to it so there is still the very occasional static if any) which will go after a few plays.
I have included a recording of it below.
Hardly any wear to the fragile gold leaf lettering or ageing to the label, this has got to be a very nice addition to anyones collection.
Looking at the side 1 label, it seems to have a clear slight inner ring which I hadn't noticed before?!!?
The correct Cover is in excellent order.
Inner Emitex is the correct Patents applied for made in England type in Ex+ also
Very Clean and a decent presentable and playable copy of this classic.
