All the above factors indicate a Genuine First Australian Pressing with printed Blue Text on the rear of the sleeve with Mono PMCO-1202 printed on the top right hand rear of the sleeve  ( not Stereo) ..only later copies had Mono / Stereo options printed on the rear.

Sleeve: POOR....as you can see in the photo's, it has a rips to the front this has clear tape over them, and at some point the sleeve started to fall apart, someone has neatly put thick black and white masking tape around to patch it back together (that was thoughtful)

Disc: I have in fact played the disc, I have played side one (two times) and side two (once), there are many surface marks as to be expected and a few obvious scratches seen in the photo's, however saying this - it actually plays fine with a crackle -  I did not hear any skips , there are a few light pops throughout but in general i could listen to it comfortably...so I will grade the disc a GOOD as it does play through, what is most important I would think is the Label....just to own a Black and Gold is really a pleasure for the most important band in the world being there first album too.

Label One: is relatively clean but with much spindle wear

Label Two: is also relatively good but has a red ink mark over the (N) of parlaphone and cat no...see photo's - this may clean up with patience and the right solution
