UNIQUE NZ APPLE LABEL PRESSING
Before the more common version of Magical Mystery Tour LP was released, New Zealand opted to release a completely different version.Using the picture from page 10 of the booklet that came with the U.S. version as the cover of the LP, EMI NZ allocated a unique Parlophone catalogue number (PCSM 6084) but pressed the LP on the APPLE label!
It was called Magical Mystery Tour and other splendid hits.
The labels are clean and the vinyl has a wonderful sheen to it.(there are light scuffs on both sides)
The 2 piece cover is in VG condition, is laminated and there are no rips or tears.
The matrix numbers are SMAL-1-2835-B24 and SMAL-2-2835-A23 #4 and they are hand written into the run out groove indicating the record was mastered from a tape sent from Capitol U.S.
This record is in New Zealand and the postage will be $20 worldwide.
