RINGO STARR: ‘POSTCARDS FROM THE BOYS’ – A VERY SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION, UK 1st ISSUE GENESIS BOOK – **PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED BY RINGO STARR**, TOGETHER WITH ITS ORIGINAL MAILING CARTON!!

Personally Autographed by Ringo Starr , and numbered 2,200/2,500 (see scan 5), this REMARKABLE Book features the reproduction of 53 postcards sent to Ringo Starr by the other three BEATLES, George Harrison, John Lennon and Paul McCartney!

This SUPERB Volume contains PRECISE reproductions of postcards sent to Ringo by John, Paul and George in such ACCURATE detail, complete with the occasional drawing, depicting both the spontaneous wit and art of THE BEATLES (see scans 6,7,8,9). The messages sent from the other three Beatles show the unique bond in existence between the members of the Fab Four. The reproduction of the postcards is supplemented with a revealing and humorous text from Ringo explaining the meaning behind the cards and documenting the corresponding moments of his life.

There is more handwork involved in the craft bookbinding of Postcards From The Boys than with any previous Genesis title. BOTH SIDES of each postcard are carefully pasted into this Fine Limited Edition Volume to the extent that there are 108 individual pieces of paper pasted into the book! – JUST STUNNING….

The text is printed in silver onto heavyweight black paper to create a true postcard album. The binding is in light brown Nubuk and the Volume is protected in a De-Luxe Red ALUMINIUM faced UK POST BOX style Solander Box (scans 1 & 2) - As an additional bonus, the book also comes in its original MAILING CARTON! (scan 1)

Also included with this SIGNIFICANT Volume is a page of stamps and three postcards housed in a black envelope which have been specially made to accompany the book (scan 4).

The Signed Volume and the Protective Post Box Style Box are, of course, in totally **mint and unread** condition – and PERFECT in every way!

In Our Opinion, this SENSATIONAL Limited Edition is most certainly one of our own personal favourites to have been issued by Genesis. It really could not fail to impress any collector who will delight in owning this AWESOME Volume – These very personal Postcards from George, John and Paul are so accurately reproduced that it gives the appearance of an original PHOTO ALBUM! UNIQUE to this particular Volume is a stamp glued onto the title page. This stamp has been selected, by Genesis, from the hundreds of stamps from around the world and is specially UNIQUE to this edition. Therefore no two copies of Postcards From The Boys are the same. This is quite simply a "must-have' item for anyone interested in the story of The Beatles' phenomenon.
