Description

This is a rare original 3 & 3/4 ips twin track mono reel-to-reel tape from 1966 TA-PMC 7009. I have checked it on a reel-to-reel player and it plays as new.  There are no snaps or repairs on the tape which it has the original clean, intact and full length leader tape at both ends.  The tape is on the original 4 inch reel which is in excellent condition.  It's in it's original box which has three split corners, one edge, and splits on the finger cut outs.  The box is intact though - if only just (see photo).  There is no writing on the box base but someone has given the Beatles rosey-red noses and cheeks with a biro.  There is an Emitape insert with the tape (see photo) and it still has the original packing slip inside the box which tells the bearer 'In case of complaint this slip must be returned with the tape record' - I suspect however that may be out of warranty after 41 years! It's a nice addition though.  In case you can't remember, the tracks are:

SIDE ONE: Taxman; Eleanor Rigby; I'm Only Sleeping; Love To You; Here, Ther And Everywhere; Yellow Submarine; and She Said She Said.

SIDE TWO: Good Day Sunshine; And Your Bird Can Sing; For No One; Dr. Robert; I Want To Tell You; Got To Get You Into My Life; and Tomorrow Never Knows.

The opening price is a BARGAIN if it stays at that (check out http://www.leninimports.com/beatles_reel.html#bssingles ). I put Beatles reel-to-reel tapes on eBay whenever I can get hold of them. If you are a fan or a collector, it might be worth your while checking out my feedback and adding me to your favourites.
