Description

The Beatles

Revolver

Parlophone PMC 7009

This is a UK pressing of Revolver. It is PMC 7009 in Mono.

It has a foldback Garrod & Lofthouse cover and “Dr. Robert” on both the label and back cover.

The matrices are:

XEX 605-2 GRG 3

XEX 606-2 LD 4

Side 2 has the K T tax stamp in the inner ring of the label.

Based on the information above, this appears to be a pressing from 1966. I cannot find this exact pressing on Discogs.

The cover condition is VG+ with mild yellowing. The record grades VG or worse - there are numerous hairlines, which cause a fair amount of surface noise. This is most apparent during Eleanor Rigby and For No One. The more upbeat tunes from Lennon and Harrison sound much better and would be VG. Not a great sounding copy, this record has issues.

I ship via USPS Media Mail on Saturdays only.
