Description

This 12” vinyl record entitled “Revolver” by The Beatles was released in mono as “PMC 7009” by Parlophone in 1966.

UK original first pressing mono copy of 'Revolver' by The Beatles, it is the much sought after Side Two -1 matrix version with the 'Remix 11' version of Tomorrow Never Knows. It is with the yellow Parlophone label with 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd.' and 'Sold in the UK' label text, with KT tax code embossed on to the label. Side 2 label also has the “DR. ROBERT” track as written.

Side One matrix: XEX 605-2 with the letters AH-5

Side Two matrix: XEX 606-1 with the letters AM-4

The picture sleeve is by Ernest J. Day, and does have some wear and discolouration mainly to edges, inner sleeve is the original but has discoloured.
