You will be bidding on an original mono vinyl first pressing of The Beatles 6th LP "Rubber Soul". This is the "loud cut" version cut by Harry Moss at Abbey Road on November 17th 1965 which was initially pressed but then halted as it was considered too loud for the record decks of the day and there was concern that this would cause many copies to jump. Moss re-cut it 2 days later but the initial short run of "loud cuts" already pressed still made it into the shops. "Loud Cuts" have the matrix suffix of -1.

Details/Condition
Vinyl:
Very Good - Both sides have surface marks but this results in only minor background crackle. The record does not jump or stick and the music sounds crisp and clear throughout. Both sides have been cleaned using the Moth MkII Pro cleaner and tested on a Trio KD 1033 deck. If you wish to hear before you buy then please contact me to request a sample MP3 which I will send to you, this being a direct recording of this actual copy being played.
Labels:
Fair/Very Good - Yellow and Black Parlophone, with only minor spindle wear. Please note that side 1 unfortunatly has a sticker attached with the hand written initials "PR". I have made no attempt to remove this for fear of wrecking the label..
Sleeve:
Very Good - The laminated flipback sleeve has maintained it's sheen, no signs of ringwear just a slight tear at the rear bottom right flip.
Inner Sleeve:
This copy has comes complete with its original Emitex poly-lined paper inner sleeve.
