THE BEATLES - 'RUBBER SOUL'
UK 1966 *GERMAN* PRESSING
This immaculate German pressing is on the red, gold & white Odeon label: SMO 74 066Both labels have 'Urheber..' rims.
Housed in a fully laminated cover numbered: O 74 066.
The cover is still encased in its original shop shrinkwrapping
Complete with a plain white inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: YEX 178-2 & YEX 179-1
(the side 2 '-1' matrix was unused in the UK where 1st pressings carries -2/-2 matrices)

Perfectly clean & white with just two or three tny spindle marks to each centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Pristine 'as new' surfaces which are MINT & totally unmarked in strong daylight with no visual wear whatsoever.
Close inspection beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals just sparkling rainbow gloss shine & a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines.
You won't find a cleaner copy.
Play: EXCELLENT +
This copy has been barely, if ever played.
All tracks play superbly with just light background between tracks and on 'Michelle' but no clicks, pops or any other discernable audible faults or wear.

NEAR MINT
Protected by its original shop shrinkwrapping, this cover has survived in virtually the same condition as when it left the factory.
Apart from slight rubbing to the front right corners & a small water stain to the rear left, there are no other faults or wear.
Both seams and the spine are in perfect, unstressed condition.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp based on UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
