Description
The Beatles 1982 Japanese Red Mono complete with lyric insert and OBI.
The outer sleeve is in Near Mint condition with no discolouration. The card does not have any creases and almost looks brand new. The spine is undamaged. The OBI grades excellent, the front looks new but the white back has some discolouration on one side (as seen in photo.) The lyric sheet is also excellent, most of it is still nice and white but one side is slightly discoloured.
The record visually looks Near Mint: although the colour and translucency of the disc makes a visual grade difficult I cannot see any faults. The labels also look Near Mint.
The audio quality is superb throughout. The record surfaces are very quiet, one of the quietest records I've heard. Musically everything is intact with no wear or breakup on my playback equipment: even the delicate "Michelle" sails by without noise or distortion.
As with my other listings, the record was play graded on a Pro-Ject Xpression turntable with an Ortofon OM40 stylus.
