This is an original MONO copy of the Beatles SGT PEPPER. Capitol MAS 2653. This is the very first mono issue with no NEMS on the back cover and it lists “With a Little Help From My Friends”. The cover is excellent, I don’t think it was ever opened wide as it has that fresh crispy feel to it. Full vibrant colors that show no fading at all, like the day it was made. as the pictures show there is the very lightest of storage wear to the back, without that this cover would appear to have been freshly opened. mint white seams and spine. The lp is perfect, unplayed. Under bright light there is not a mark or scratch, full gloss with mint labels. I actually do not believe it was played. Not a spindle or any other mark period. Unbelievable that it could be this beautiful and this old at the same time. Red nuance inner sleeve and perfect cutout sheet included. This is a keeper and your last search for one here, guaranteed. Its almost like it was just opened and never played. Stunning comes to mind. thee best copy i have ever owned and i have had many over 35 years of collecting.
